The 2017 St. Jude Dream Home is one of the newest and most popular floorplans from De Young Properties and has received a lot of attention due to the versatile and efficient use of space. With the unique single-story style, the Residence 220 gives homebuyers the convenience of single-story living with the additional space that comes with a two-story home. The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay. The Winthrop Coastal Cottage is the 2017 St. Jude Dream Home and one lucky winner will win this beautiful home from our Patio Home Collection.
